Showcase Sunday (14) - Stacking the Shelves (6)

Showcase Sunday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by Vicky at the Books, Biscuits and Tea blog. It is a meme inspired by Pop Culture Junkie and The Story Siren. The goal of this meme is for us bookish peeps to showcase & highlight the books that we have either bought, borrowed, won, downloaded, or received for review the past week :)

Stacking the Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga's Review to highlight the books us bloggers have gotten during the week, as well.

I like both memes, so I've decided to take part in both =)

BOUGHT

1. Entangled by Nikki Jefford - ebook

2. Fallenmore (Feathermore #2) by Lucy Swing - ebook

Sidenote: I definitely plan on getting both these books in paperback eventually because I love the covers and want to add both these books to my book collection. I cannot wait to read Entangled, it has been ages since I read a book about Witches, I have heard so many amazing things about this one and Nikki is awesome. So, yup, dying to read it.

And Fallenmore is a sequel I have been highly anticipating because Feathermore was a really great read for me. I loved the heroine's sense of humour. There was a lot of intrigue and mystery to it and it was easy to get lost into Lucy's writing.

What book loveliness did you receive this week? :)

  1. Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I don't know whether either of these books would be my cup of tea, personally speaking, but they both do have striking covers, especially Entangled.

I hope that you enjoy both of your reads.

  5. I love heroines with a great sense of humor. It's nice to have a little humor to break up a mystery too. I haven't read the synopsis to Entangled yet but I just read a book with witches/sorcerers: Unspoken which I really liked. Hopefully Entangled turns out well for you. Nice haul Jennifer. :)

  10. I love these two books. Raj Mckenna from Entangled is one of my YA boyfriends *coughs* I bought a rather disappointing book this week, and a really good one. Emily Goldberg learns to salsa by Micol Ostow, and So close to you, by Rachel Carter, which I'll be reading sometime next week.
